El técnico del Arsenal, Arsene Wenger, salió satisfecho con el debut del tico Joel Campbell, quien anotó y brindó una asistencia en el triunfo del Arsenal 5-1 ante el Benfica.
Wenger afirmó que le agradó el estilo de juego que tuvo el nacional durante los 74 minutos que estuvo en el terreno de juego, luego fue sustituito por el chileno Alexis Sánchez.
"Campbell jugó muy bien, él tiene un buen equilibrio y me quedé muy impresionado por él hoy, quiero mantenerlo", dijo Wenger en conferencia de prensa tras el encuentro.
Además, el timonel de Los Gunners aseguró que debe darle más minuto a Campbell, así como al francés Yaya Sanogo.
"Sanogo y Campbell necesitan jugar, pero necesitan jugar aquí", explicó Wenger.
Campbell hace pretemporada con el Arsenal, luego de su paso por el Olympiacos de Grecia, Betis de España y Lorient de Francia.
