Protesters demand the dissolution of the Congress and demonstrate against lawmakers in Lima on September 30, 2019 after President Martin Vizcarra launches an ultimatum to Congress that he would dissolve it if he is denied a vote of confidence to reform the way in which the magistrates of the Constitutional Court are appointed. - Vizcarra had originally threatened to dissolve Congress and force new legislative elections in June, unless lawmakers backed his anti-graft proposals. Lima.
