Expresidente Juan Orlando Hernández estará preso un mes mientras Honduras resuelve extradición a EE. UU.

Segunda audiencia será el 16 de marzo, según precisó el vocero de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.

Tegucigalpa. El expresidente de Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, fue enviado a prisión al menos hasta el 16 de marzo, resolvió este miércoles el juez que celebró la primera audiencia por el pedido de extradición a Estados Unidos por narcotráfico, anunció el vocero de la Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ), Melvin Duarte.

El juez "ha resuelto decretar detención provisional al ciudadano Juan Orlando Hernández Alvarado a fin de garantizar su presencia" en la segunda audiencia el 16 de marzo, precisó el funcionario.
