España envía a juicio a 18 líderes independentistas de Cataluña

Nueve de ellos enfrentan cargo por rebelión; otros por malversación o desobediencia

Madrid. El Tribunal Supremo español envió este jueves a juicio a 18 dirigentes catalanes implicados en el intento de secesión de octubre del 2017, entre los que no estará el entonces líder regional Carles Puigdemont al hallarse actualmente en Bélgica.

Una vez finalizada la instrucción, el Tribunal confirmó la acusación de rebelión contra nueve dirigentes independentistas en prisión preventiva que deberán ser juzgados a principios del 2019.
